Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule?
For your convenience and to keep everything running smoothly, I use Time To Pet as my central platform for all communication, scheduling, and payments. You can easily request new services, view your upcoming visits, or submit change requests directly through the app. To get started, I kindly ask that you have a credit card on file within your profile before scheduling your first service.
How do I pay?
All payments are handled securely through the Time To Pet app to keep your billing organized and your services tracked. Please ensure you have a payment method saved in your profile; the app will automatically charge your card on file for any invoices that become past due. You can update your payment details or view past invoices anytime directly within the app.
What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure I can provide the best care for all my clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service fee.
What is the best way to communicate with you?
To ensure I provide my full attention to the pets in my care, I prefer that all non-urgent communication be handled through the Time To Pet app. This keeps all your pet’s notes and our conversation history in one secure place where I can easily reference them! If you are unable to use the app, a text message is the next best way to reach me. I kindly ask that you please reserve phone calls for emergencies only, as my hands are often busy with one of your fur babies!
Extreme Weather Policy
Your pet's health, comfort, and safety are my top priorities, which is why I reserve the right to limit outdoor activities during extreme or inclement weather. For the safety of all animals in my care, I do not offer walks when temperatures (including wind chill or heat index) fall below 10°F or exceed 95°F. In the event of severe thunderstorms, extreme ice, or dangerous heat, outdoor time will be limited to quick potty breaks, and we will spend the remainder of the visit focused on indoor play and enrichment to keep your pet happy and safe.
